Are you searching for an internship and do you have a large passion for F&B? Then this might be the perfect internship for you!
Mercure Amsterdam City has 368 rooms, 14 meeting
rooms, 2 restaurants, a spacious terrace and a beautiful bar. We serve
breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service, and many drinks in our bar!
What can you expect?
During this internship you will learn a lot about the
operational aspects of F&B. You make sure that guests feel welcome and have
an incredible experience in our hotel! You perform preparatory tasks such as
preparing the mise en place and setting tables. Furthermore, you ensure that
the breakfast looks excellent every day, and our guests can enjoy a nice cup of
coffee or tea. During lunch and dinner, you take orders and serve the dishes to
the guests. Finally, you prepare the bill for them and ensure they leave the
restaurant with a good feeling. You are confident that they have received the
best service from you!
Who are we looking for?

You are currently following a Vocational Education
Program in Hospitality related studies and are looking for a practical
internship;
·
You are available for a minimum of 20 weeks, including
weekdays and weekends;
·
You are fluent in English and preferably also Dutch.
